One-on-one coaching can help you or someone in your team to take big steps in your journey to excellence.

My coaching is very practical, supporting you with advice and tools to achieve your goals, which could range from day-to-day MSL activities, writing a Medical or KOL Plan, organising successful tactics or building or improving a Medical Affairs Department as a Medical Affairs leader.

I am available for coaching for MSLs, Medical Advisors or Medical Leadership. Coaching can take place online or on location if you are based in the Netherlands.

A strong presentation on Medical Affairs topics can inspire, empower and instruct the Medical Affairs team. It can be part of a team building meeting, a learning experience, or during the course of a change management process.

I am an experienced speaker on a variety of topics, such as (but not limited to) the future or the role of the MSL, the added value of Medical Affair and KOL management. My presentations are always a blend of storytelling, facts and practical tips, making it relatable and implementable, and interaction is encouraged.

The presentations can vary between 30 minutes to 2 hours and are built to empower and can be customized to the needs of the team. Presentations can be done on location or online.
